1. Warranty categories
- Limited Lifetime Warranty
In this category are: Regulator 1st Stage, Regulator 2nd Stage and Octopus Regulator.
- Two Years Warranty
In this category are: all products under "Instrumentation" and Buoyancy Compensators.
- One Years Warranty
In this category are all other products.
2. How it works
Once you purchased any product please go to Warranty and fill in the form. This must be done in writing within 30 days from the date of purchase (date written on your invoice)
For products with Limited Lifetime Warranty you must extend your warranty every year. You must have your equipment serviced by a qualified technician within 30 days either side of the anniversary date of your purchase.
